The Easy Riders Vietnam team will greet and pick you up from your hotel/hostel in Ha Giang at 08:30 am, and we’ll embark on our exhilarating 3-day Ha Giang Loop Easy Rider Tour.

Get ready to discover the hidden gems of Vietnam as we ride through the quaint villages of the Tay hill tribes, where you’ll immerse yourself in the local culture and way of life.

As we make our way through the stunning Bac Sum Pass and Heaven Gate, be prepared to have your breath taken away by the majestic Twins Mountains and Tam Son Town. After a delicious lunch at Yen Minh Town, we’ll journey through the winding roads of Tham Ma Pass and Chin Khoang Passes (9-turn Pass), all while admiring the breathtaking landscape of the Dong Van Karst Plateau, a UNESCO Global Geo-Park since 2011.

For adventure enthusiasts, this is paradise: limestone rock mountains, the authentic life of the locals, and a great motorcycle ride. Don't miss the chance to visit the H'Mong King Palace before checking in at Dong Van Town, where we’ll spend the night.

Wake up to the crisp mountain air and enjoy breakfast at our hotel before we embark on another exciting day of exploration. Today, we’ll travel to the North Pole, Lung Cu, through picturesque mountain passes, and arrive at the Flag Tower – the northernmost part of Vietnam, just 2 km from the border with China. The view from here is simply awe-inspiring!

Next, we’ll ride to the most “jaw-dropping” mountain pass in Vietnam, Ma Pi Leng. Some say it's the most magnificent pass in the world – and we won't argue! Standing at the highest point of the pass is an experience that cannot be put into words. It's a dream come true for photographers of all skill levels.

As the sun sets, we'll reach the heart of the Rock Plateau – the charming town of Meo Vac – and check into our hotel for the night.

Day 3: Meo Vac to Ha Giang (150 km – 5 hours riding)

Rise and shine for the last day of motorbiking Ha Giang Loop with Easy Riders Vietnam. We'll set out for Ha Giang, traversing through the challenging roads and vertical slopes of the limestone karsts. This road sees hardly any traffic or other travelers, giving you a chance to truly immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region.

Experience firsthand how the locals live and work in such a harsh environment. Traverse through a dry, tree-starved landscape dominated by conical peaks, and witness some astonishing sections of mountain road as we pass through a stark, rock-strewn limestone valley.

We’ll arrive back in Ha Giang before sunset, where you can check into the hotel of your choice or let us help you arrange transportation back to Ha Noi.

Ha Giang Loop 3 Day with Ket from Easy Riders Vietnam

Easily the best trip of my live. Pictures and videos do not capture the true beauty and mind blowing experience. It is one of those things where you have to personally be there to experience it. Every corner and every stop you make, it's a completely new scenery. The terrain, the backdrop, the fauna. Every day felt like a new adventure. The only regret I had on this trip was that I didn't have enough time to do the 4 day loop. Our guide Ket was awesome! We are a group of 5 friends where three of us are new to riding. Ket was very patient and was very helpful. He made sure we had fun but also be safe at the same time. Unfortunately, one of us had a minor accident and wasn't able to complete the trip. Ket helped him book a bus ride back to Ha Giang and also helped him book a last minute hotel while the rest of us continued on to complete the trip. After riding, Ket would take us to local joints to enjoy the taste of local food! If you are thinking about riding in Ha Giang, make time to do the 4 day trip(minimal) and ask for Ket!

Three-day Ha Giang loop. Trip of a lifetime!

Our three day Ha Giang Loop with Ket Trung and Lin was everything we had hoped for, and so much more. Words cannot adequately explain the enormity of the scenery …so vast and so wide…, that videos were often required to capture the panoramas around us. My son and I were grinning ear to ear the whole time. Ket, as our trusty guide, took us through the main areas of the formal trip but also diverted along many hidden roads through smaller villages that don’t seem to have many tourists… so we felt privileged to see many unique areas of the Ha Giang region. They also introduced us to many Vietnamese dishes we would otherwise not have known to try. The food was simply delicious . We have to praise the skill with which our guides navigated the roads and the traffic. They are highly skilled riders and we felt safe the entire time. We were so sorry when it was over. We will be back to do it again. Next time, I will bring all of my (adult) kids to have the experience of a lifetime. Thank you Easy Rider for sharing this part of the world with us.

Amazing 3-day Ha Giang Loop Trip

We were 4 friends and booked this private tour, meaning we had 4 bikes and 4 drivers. Each of us were passengers. We were taken really well care off by Lemon Tay and his team. Even though the tour is pretty fixed, I felt there was sufficient flexibility for us to choose what to do, where and what to eat and so on. The hotels too were of decent quality.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful trip with Ket and his partner doing a 3 days Ha Giang loop tour. We really enjoyed it, and they had planned a lot of local experience… the tour is incredible. we stayed in very nice hotels and they’d showed us a lot of local stuff including food. Would recommend this to everyone. No doubt it is the highlight of our 3 weeks Vietnam trip

Amazing Ha Giang Loop Tour with Ket and Duy

Amazing experience, my partner and I enjoyed the tour on the back of the bikes of Ket and his nephew Duy! Ket knows a lot of the local (and national) history, is open to any questions and is always up for enjoyable conversations! This is his side job, he’s a farmer at heart, which means he can tell you all sorts of interesting facts about the different countryside farms you will pass. The backseat of Ket’s bike is better suited for tall people, Duy’s backseat is less wide and a bit cramped for tall people (for reference I’m close to 2m, I did the trip on Duy’s backseat, it was okay but crampy after a bit). They are both careful and safe drivers, even on the scary steep roads we felt comfortable with them. They took us to small local lunch places, which were great each and every time. The dinner recommendations didn’t disappoint either! Ket inquired about our interests, and made sure we took some detours to visit a cool river with a sunken bridge, a local Flower Hmong village where we could see the full process of making clothes, pillowcases, bags and much more from hemp, and a couple of other interesting spots. In short, we had a great time and would do it all over again!

Wonderful 3 day HaGiang Loop

Doing the Ha Giang Loop by motorcycle was a highlight of my trip in Vietnam ! Since I don't know how to drive, I booked with a driver from EasyRider. I felt safe the whole time, even on small gravel roads. This trip was so amazing, incredible sceneries everywhere ! 5 hours riding per day was really OK, and bike was more comfortable than expected ! We also stopped in an homestay in wonderful Du Gia village, sooo nice !! Driver was really kind and keen on explaining things about the area and its inhabitants. Thank you so much !

WOW! Amazing scenery and tour guides!!! This tour will hands down be the HIGHLIGHT of your trip.

I booked the Ha Giang Loop through easy rider for a group of 3. The booking process was super easy. I emailed easy rider with a lot of questions and Tuan Tran replied instantly saying they had availability and would send me the link to book as well as set up our sleeper bus transfers to and from Hanoi-ha giang. The price of this tour is extremely cheap and includes accommodations. We arrived in Ha Giang at 3am from our sleeper bus and Tuan had set us up in a hotel for a few hours of sleep and a shower before our tour began. Our 3 tour guides, Ket, Hoai, and Moi were waiting for us right outside of our hotel in the morning. Ket spoke perfect English and all 3 guides were so nice! We spent the next 3 days riding all day and partying all night. I am so glad we had Ket, Hoai, and Moi. They were extremely nice and so fun to hang out with all day and night. They made us feel very safe riding with them! Each night, Ket made sure to check us in to our hotel room and even carried our bags for us. He made sure we were comfortable and happy with our accommodations and invited us to join him and the others for dinner and “happy water!” We had the best time exploring the most STUNNING scenery and hanging out with our guides! This tour was the highlight of our trip!! Don’t hesitate to book and request Ket, Hoai, and Moi!

Fantastic Ha Giang Loop Easy Rider Tour

It was awesome with our guides Ket and (lemon) Thai :) Very good guys and guides! The long rides on the motorcycle are sometimes not so pleasant that has just motorcycling so in itself. But what you get for it is worth it in any case. An unforgettable experience! Can only recommend it to everyone.

Awesome Easy Rider Ha Giang Loop Tour

I just did the 3-day Easy Rider Ha Giang Loop with Ket and it was amazing. I am now in Sapa and compared to the loop it is kind of disappointing. First I was thinking about joining a bigger group but now I am super glad I went alone with Ket. Along the road I saw hundreds of other tourists doing basically the same trip but still Ket managed to make my tour feel super unique and special. We went to some hidden spots with the best views and ate in cool restaurants with only locals around. I always felt super secure and safe on the bike. If you are looking for an authentic and memorable loop trip, this is the guy!

The best trip in Vietnam

If you have a chance to do this Easy Rider Ha Giang Loop Tour, we highly recommend you to take the guides at Easy Riders Vietnam! Thien and Hao are absolute legend. They are so knowledgeable and will take this unbelievably, beautiful experience to the next level. Easily the best experience of our whole trip in Vietnam!! Very eye opening, you will see!
